The Technology Center of Regional Development Viçosa (Centev) is responsible for the incubator of technology-based companies in the region. In partnership with Wylinka it was carried out the project with the aim of strengthening the strategic positioning of companies, through internal analysis of their technical and management skills, better understanding of their potential markets, and the definition of guidelines that guide all initiatives and actions to take for the future development of the business.
For the realization of this project specific methodologies have been applied in the implementation of each of the planned steps. The whole project consisted of 4 main etapas.Na first stage was carried out the diagnosis of the incubated companies considering 6 major aspects of the business: marketing, management, staff, products, entrepreneurship and commercial / marketing. The objective was to identify the critical issues the company should focus on efforts to provide the development of the business.
In the second stage each company had access to the study of its target market, being able to equip better information to create their strategies. For the market research applied to Diligence methodology customized Inovação® to answer questions that were not apparent to the staff of the companies.

In the last stages of the project, from internal meetings and discussions it was possible to define the action plan, based on important information highlighted in the previous steps. As a result of this process, each company could get a better view directed and consolidated on the most appropriate strategies to strengthen their market positions, its operations and the marketing of their products and services. There are companies that completely rethought its business model, others have achieved a more unified vision of the future vision of the business and shared throughout the team and no company with new directions that will provide greater assertiveness in commercial initiatives.
