We develop projects on innovation and entrepreneurship for institutions and ecosystems. The projects are aimed to meet the demands on strategy, structure and process that seeks to transform scientific knowledge into innovation and new business.
We offer powerful knowledge immersions related to innovation and entrepreneurship. Knowledge is shared through the offering of courses, workshops and lectures – most of them based on experiential learning methodologies.
We produce and share strategic content related to innovation and entrepreneurship. The contents are designed with the purpose of sharing knowledge and amplify the impact of the learning generated by our experience.

Ana Carolina Calçado
Dream: Creating value through the promotion of innovation and technology-based entrepreneurship, in a disruptive way, mobilizing people to action with paths and prospects for a vibrant future.
Passions: Driven by Purpose, Business Developer, Wine Lover, Travel Lover.
Director President of Wylinka, responsible for expanding the impact of the organization’s mission. It works in the development of methodologies and program management in Brazil and Latin America, to identify the potential of scientific research and building strategies to promote innovation and technology-based entrepreneurship. He served in entrepreneurship development programs and ecosystems as SEED and STARTUPTECH and promotion of technology transfer with institutions like FIOCRUZ, UFRJ, NIT RIO, Namor NETWORK, UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA, among others.
Post Graduated in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), with post graduate studies in Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT – profesional education), Master in Food Science from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and graduated in Biochemistry at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV).
Elimar Pires Vasconcellos

12 years ago it operates in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In Wylinka, he has coordinated and worked in NITs structuring projects and incubators, Open Innovation, Technology Transfer, Valuation, Development innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship, such as SEED, among others. It also acts as a learning facilitator in training.
Degree in Biological Sciences, a graduate degree in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) and has a Masters in Innovation from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).
Dream: To transform the world into an area of freedom, creation, philosophy and art, in which people can develop their human potential, conscience and have impacts on leadership and realization of their own dreams.

Coordinator in Wylinka, 10 years working in innovation and entrepreneurship programs. He served in the realization and coordination of technological innovation project management, development of innovation ecosystems, new business modeling, market assessment for new companies, promotion and negotiation of new technologies to market, structuring of new R & D centers in Brazil, fundraising incentives for innovation, and startups acceleration projects.
Artur Vilas Boas
Dream: Improving the world from the creation of companies and technologies from the university.
Passions: Technology, Photography, Startups, Reading and Philosophy.
In Wylinka, it is the manager responsible for marketing and the Innovation Management area – working in the production of strategic content for Brazilian ecosystems and the development of products targeted for incubators, NITs, policy makers and others. His academic research focuses on learning models for entrepreneurs, creating technology-based companies, acceleration processes, startups validation tools and entrepreneurship motivation – including being responsible for one of the first papers on accelerators in Brazil, which may issue a national concept for the theme and present a taxonomy of accelerators in the country (presented at the XVI Latin Iberoamerican Congress of Technology Management).
Researcher at USP in entrepreneurship and innovation – with research theme being “Universities and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem” – former president of USP Entrepreneurship Center (current chairman of the board and the organization’s coordinator), is focus of study to understand how to develop better ways to generate the university technologies, businesses and entrepreneurs that improve the ecosystems in which they operate. near saw the growth and development of several startups and technology companies such as 99taxis, Nubank, Lean Survey and Mvisia.
Beatriz Marques Andrade

My passions: family, social entrepreneurship, adventure.
Project leader in Wylinka acts with innovation and entrepreneurship in research centers, government institutions and companies. Co-manager and part of the team performing the BloomBTech (strategic direction program incubated state enterprises), member of the SEED team (startup acceleration program the government of Minas Gerais), manager and executor of project management of intellectual property (Namor Network), a partner in social innovation projects and participating startups acceleration stalls.
Degree in Economics from PUC Minas, has over 8 years of experience in different areas: business pedagogy, steel and food industry – with quality, management, indicators, controls and processes. Participated in consulting in quality programs and was a key user of SAP ERP project implementation and systems integration.

It was introduced to the world of entrepreneurship in 2012, when he joined as Corporate Monitoring Manager at the Business Incubator of the Technological Center of Regional Development Viçosa.
Project leader in Wylinka, worked in startups development projects, such as the Go Minas project (editing Uberlândia and editing Belo Horizonte) and BloomBTech project (focused on the strategic direction of the incubated companies in the state of Minas Gerais). Also worked on projects of technology transfer, such as the Project Management Intellectual Property with Rede Namor, an organization that brings together the Technological Innovation Centers in the states of Para, Amapa and Tocantins.
It is Production Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Viçosa, specializing in Safety Engineering from the same institution.
João Gabriel Reis

Marketing Analyst at Wylinka, 4 years works with communication, participating in projects in the area and getting involved with the Movement Junior Company at UFMG. He has worked with planning and advertising creation, producing content for blogs and organization and outreach events.
She worked on projects like BloomBTech, SEED and Startup Tech, assisting in the creation of materials and communication strategy.
He is majoring in Advertising from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
Dream: Undertake the business itself. To be a reference in the commercial area, recognized as a high-performance professional that produces results and contribute constructively to the development of the company and its processes.

Graduated in Business Management from the School of Pythagoras Belo Horizonte (2015). Administrative Analyst at Wylinka, performs operation and organization of the administrative processes in general, personnel department. It also provides administrative assistance on projects.

Acts 2 years in innovation projects and entrepreneurship. He was Vice President of HR Consulting Junior, coordinating projects in personnel management and human resources area. He worked for four years as Coach Sports, assisting in the process evaluation and optimization of cognitive / behavioral capabilities in high-performance athletes.
Currently coordinates and implements projects involving incubation and acceleration of startups, strategic direction for small and medium-sized companies focusing on strategic planning and management.
He is majoring in Psychology at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).

It was a fellow undergraduates working in the Work Management Group and Skills. The group worked with project management innovation, work organization and skills in organizations. It was a member of the multidisciplinary initiative Milhagem- UFMG team which aims to develop technologies from the construction of a prototype vehicle efficiency energética.Participou the Nexu outreach program, an initiative of Coodenadoria Transfer and Technological Innovation UFMG program aims to training students through the transfer of university technologies to market.

Specialist in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and Facilitator of organizational development processes formed by Sprouting Program. Master Cell Biology and graduated in Biological Sciences at the UFMG.
Performance in the last seven years in organizations in strategic planning, business intelligence and business in Environmental companies, technology-based and corporative sustainability. Worked in Mining Innovation System (SECTES MG) in conjunction institutional partnerships aimed at creating innovation processes for the MG state.
In Wylinka engaged in exploration projects and relationships with the mission to fulfill the purpose and generate sustainability for the institution.
Member of the Wylinka board of directors, is director of technology companies Ecovec S / A and Rizoflora S / A. He participated in the foundation process and acceleration of several startups technological base. It was who proposed the seed capital investment fund CRIATEC, leading the development of innovative methodologies, and has managed more than 20 consulting projects and studies in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship to the ecosystem. He worked as a business consultant in projects in Brazil, Portugal and Colombia. He is a member of MIT NETWORK BRAZIL.

Atuou também como gestora de projetos de elaboração de plano de negócios, mapeamento e valoração de tecnologias, avaliação de tecnologias em programas governamentais junto a universidades e outros atores do ecossistema de inovação e empreendedorismo. É autora do livro “Lei do Bem – como alavancar a inovação com o uso de incentivos fiscais, uma compilação da experiência na gestão estratégica de recursos financeiros à inovação tecnológica.

Portfolio Manager at Fundepar (Fundep Participacoes S.A.) responsible for strategic management, acceleration and control of investee companies seeking growth and achieve the proposed targets for investment. Founding partner of Invita Nutrition Specialist, the first Brazilian company to develop specific products for rare diseases and allergy to cow’s milk protein (www.invitanutricao.com.br). Responsible for the whole process of structuring and management, including funding of government resources for research and obtaining investment by Criatec Fund. Coordination of the development and launch of the entire product line and commercial structural creation that provided high growth and national performance two years after the launch of the product in a market dominated by multinationals.
Luiza Pinheiro has experience in business development and market intelligence. He worked in companies like Inventta and Biominas Brazil today is an independent expert in innovation. He participated in several projects of prospecting and analysis of technical and economic feasibility of innovative technologies, market analysis and business modeling for technology-based companies in different industry. He worked on identifying opportunities and structuring of project financing innovation. He participated in the development of guides to entrepreneurship and innovation in Life Sciences. Was mentor startups SEED program – Government of Minas Gerais. Graduated in the UFMG Industrial Pharmacy master’s degree in Innovation Biopharmaceutical UFMG and is currently a doctoral student in the same program.
Structured and currently manages the area of Accounting and Financial Planning an e-commerce with a strong presence in the business, being charged for delivering the bottom-line. 7 years experience in venture capital, working with analysis, construction and business portfolio management and taking position in investees. He served as Business Controller in more than one company, especially in a turn around. Led multidisciplinary teams, developing people management activities and providing on the job training in business techniques (analysis and strategic planning, negotiation, agile management processes, etc.). Accompanied and led negotiations related to ownership structure, as M & A projects, investments in new companies, design options for executive team / entrepreneur and divestitures.

Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from PUC Minas Gerais and Post-Graduate in Marketing from ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he developed audit work with customers from different segments. In DiamondCluster International, has developed projects for the creation and evaluation of telecommunications companies in Brazil and India. The Telefónica Group in São Paulo, has served as executive planning and new business.
He was responsible for the establishment and expansion of Inventta in São Paulo and is based in Campinas. Coordinated and implemented innovation projects, strategy and new business with large companies such as Petrobras, Vale, Natura, Nestlé, Promon, PepsiCo, Suzano, Solvay, Saint-Gobain, J & J, Bosch, MARs, Telefonica, Siemens, Samsung, M . Dias Branco, Whirlpool, Basf, Promon, NET and institutions like the Ministry, MCTI, CNI, ABDI Sebrae and ANPEI. It has experience in planning, strategy, innovation and structuring of new business.
Founding Director of Investments Inseed directly involved in Criatec Fund (Co-Manager), Inseed FIMA Fund (Manager) and Criatec Fund 3. Founder of the Innovation Institute, responsible for entrepreneurship 5 academic hard-science spin-offs.
